Last updated: [10/25/2025]

Welcome to The Bailey Company (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://thebaileycompanytx.wixsite.com/the-bailey-company (the “Site”), and any services, consultations, or design offerings we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

1. Our Services

The Bailey Company provides interior design, styling, and consulting services. These may include design recommendations, home styling sessions, mood boards, product sourcing, and related digital or in-person offerings.

All Services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offering at any time.

2. Use of Our Website

By using our Site, you agree to the following:

You may, however, share links to our Site or content for non-commercial purposes, provided you do not alter the content or misrepresent our brand.

4. Client Projects and Deliverables

When you engage The Bailey Company for design or styling services, you’ll receive a project proposal or invoice outlining:

  • Scope of work

  • Estimated timelines

  • Deliverables

  • Fees and payment terms

Design concepts, plans, or visuals remain the intellectual property of The Bailey Company until full payment is received. Once paid, you receive the right to use the deliverables for personal use (e.g., your home or business), but not for resale or reproduction.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms are provided in your proposal or invoice. In general:

  • Deposits are required to reserve project time.

  • Remaining balances are due before final files or design packages are delivered.

  • Because design is a creative service, refunds are not typically provided, but will be at the designers discretion once work has begun. However, we’ll always make reasonable efforts to ensure satisfaction through revisions or adjustments as agreed.

We accept payments via secure, trusted methods such as Wix Payments or other approved channels.

Terms & Conditions

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).

T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.
